Comedy Thriller

December 15, 2019

Claude Money, pronounced Monet, is a small-time financial advisor in Denim, Georgia. He, along with his friend Harry, a cross-dressing former Green Beret who owns the local gym, moonlight as private sleuths for Sheriff Fred. Their investigations to date have consisted of catching deadbeat dads or rounding up runaway goats until the box company moved to town. Les, not the meth head nephew, the other one, is murdered in Nashville, Tennessee by what appears to be a professional hit. Claude and Harry's investigation of Les' murder gets both men captured, shipped to Iraq, and wanted as terrorist Enemies of the State. Thanks to Harry's Green Beret skills, local connections, and etiquette knowledge of wearing a burqa, both men escape and must catch the murderers to clear their names, all the while steering clear of Uncle Sam's use-of-deadly-force warrant.
